At Efficiens, the security of the delegated projects is very important. Whether it is an ethical or a physical aspect, we attach a great deal of importance to the confidentiality, discretion and safety of the material and information given to us by our clients.

Ethical Safety and Confidentiality Agreement

At the beginning of every contract and services agreement with a client, we require that a confidentiality agreement be signed in order to protect our clients' information. This is to ensure that any information or material will not be revealed or given to a third party (particular or company), without consent and written notification by the client. All employees at Efficiens, testers and/or management, must sign a confidentiality agreement respecting a client's privacy. This includes all information or material provided by the client written and/or in electronic format.
